Both the Junior and Senior Libraries are hosting wonderful displays at the moment!
The Junior Library is encouraging students to participate in the Premier’s Reading Challenge by their fabulous display (thanks to Mrs Power and her daughter Rhiannon). When students have completed their reading challenge (20 books for JS students), they can select a caricature of a “curious creature” which will bear their name and adorn the wall! The kids are loving the challenge of then finding “themselves” when they visit the Library next!
In the Senior School, Ms Nethercott has created a great display to enthuse the Year 10s for their crime fiction unit in Term 3. Who killed Mr Carnell? A number of clues are left and the various suspects named: the Year 10s will then need to come up with some tricky questions for the suspects and formulate their own idea of “whodunit”!
